Count Up Timer
The count-up timer is a timer that starts at 0 and counts up until you press stop.
Select your reminder frequency from the dropdown. This is how far apart your reminders will be.
Start the timer by pressing the play button.
Other Functions
Stop
Stops and closes the timer
Pause
Pauses the timer where it is. Timer can be restarted by pressing the play button.
Reset
Starts the timer back at 0 and keeps your frequency setting.
Count Down Timer
The count-down timer allows you to better manage your time through time blocking.
Select your reminder frequency from the dropdown. This is how far apart your reminders will be.
Select your timer amount. This is the time your timer will count down from.
Start the timer by pressing the play button.
When the timer has been completed, you will hear an end timer sound.
Press Stop to end the timer
Press Play to start the timer again

This is the time that will be automatically be inserted in the Reminder Frequency field.
Prevent Lock Screen
Prevents the device from initiating the lock screen.

Takes you to your device subscription settings where you can make changes to your subscription.
Log Out
Logs you out of the app
Sound Settings
Focus Reminder
The sound you will here for your reminders.
Timer End Completion
The sound you will hear when a countdown timer ends.
